Ten of us gathered at Hadspen Village Hall where we had two days under the excellent guidance of Anthony Connolly drawing and painting portraits of two wonderful models who turned out to be brother and sister. Having the opportunity to do sustained work under such a teacher with such models really is a pleasure and a great opportunity and for me personally, an inspiration. A Great Day Drawing and Painting at Lovington Mill
Fletcher Robinson and his wife Marie Helene were our generous and welcoming hosts to a beautiful, mild, sunny day in their home and garden with its mill house, river, trees and weir where we could wander and set ourselves up to produce masterpieces after meeting for coffee and lunch-time chat.
